• Dy. Manager- MBA/ PGDM in Personnel/ HR/ Industrial Relations/ PG in Social Welfare or equivalent.
• Medical Officer- MBBS

Age Limit

• Dy General Manager- 44 yrs(Mining), 50 yrs (Legal)
• Sr. Manager- 40 yrs.
• Manager- 36 yrs.
• MO/ Dy. Manager- 21 to 32 yrs.
