Educational Qualification:-

• Senior Resident: A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). • Post Graduate Degree in concerned super specialty. • Eleven years of experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining first Post Graduate degree in the respective discipline/subject. Ten years experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty for the candidates possessing 6 years recognized degree of M.Ch/DN in the respective discipline/subject
• Super Specialist/ Senior Consultant: A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). • Post Graduate Degree in concerned super specialty. • Five years experience in the concerned super specialty after obtaining First Post graduate degree
• Super Specialist/ Junior Consultant: A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). • Post Graduate Degree in concerned specialty. • Work experience in a responsible position connected with speciality for a period of: a) 3 years in case of Post Graduate Degree Holder. b) 5 years in case of Post Graduate Diploma Holder
• Specialist: Qualifications and experience as per Teachers Eligibility Qualifications In Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 (NMC Notification 14th February, 2022) available in NMC website and Recruitment and Regulations of ESIC Headquarters, New Delhi. • MD/MS/DNB qualified graduates in the concerned broad specialty. • The posts of Senior Residents are tenure positions not exceeding 3 years. The graduate must be below 45 years of age at the time of initial appointment.
